Welcome to Pro Path Soccer Camp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and programs. By registering for or participating in Pro Path Soccer Camp activities, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Pro Path Soccer Camp offers soccer training programs, coaching sessions, and related services aimed at improving players' skills and fostering their development. Specific details of each camp, including location, schedule, fees, and participation requirements, will be provided during registration.

2. Eligibility

Participants must meet the age and skill requirements specified for each camp. Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under 18 years of age. All participants must complete registration forms and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all participants, parents, and guardians must:

Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. Follow all camp rules, instructions, and safety guidelines.Refrain from engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior.

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment for registration and any associated fees must be made in full before camp participation. Refunds are only available if requested at least 30 days before the camp start date. Any applicable processing fees may be deducted. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or dismissals due to violations of the Code of Conduct.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By enrolling in Pro Path Soccer Camp, participants and their guardians:

- Acknowledge the risks associated with soccer and camp activities.

- Agree to release Pro Path Soccer Camp, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Medical Consent

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during registration. In case of a medical emergency, participants and guardians authorize Pro Path Soccer Camp staff to seek necessary medical treatment.Any costs associated with medical treatment are the sole responsibility of the participant or guardian.

7. Media Release

By participating in the camp, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photos, videos, and other media featuring participants for promotional or educational purposes, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing prior to the camp.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding associated with Pro Path Soccer Camp, including its website, logos, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Pro Path Soccer Camp and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Modification and Cancellation

Pro Path Soccer Camp reserves the right to modify camp schedules, locations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staffing, or safety concerns). In the event of camp cancellation, participants will be offered a refund or credit toward future camps.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pro Path Soccer Camp and its affiliates are not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services

- Injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in camp activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Montana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the camp will be resolved in the courts of Gallatin County, Montana.

12. Changes to These Terms

Pro Path Soccer Camp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the camp constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
